Running a business often means being caught up in the day-to-day. Our Strategic Planning Sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to step back, assess where your business is today, and create a practical roadmap for where you want it to go.
As your accountants, we see the numbers behind your business every day. But good business advice isn’t just about looking backwards at what has happened — it’s about understanding where you want to go and making sure your business is set up to get you there.
That’s exactly what these sessions are designed to do.
These facilitated sessions focus on understanding your business, identifying opportunities for growth, addressing challenges, and developing clear, achievable goals with measurable actions. The outcome is a tailored action plan that provides direction and accountability for the months ahead.

The Align Business Strategy Session is an investment at our introductory rate of $3,000 + GST (Normal cost $3750 ex GST).
This includes the pre-session preparation and review of your questionnaire, our dedicated strategy session together, and the development of your Align Business Action Plan following the session.
We see this as an investment in taking the time to work on your business, rather than simply continuing to work in it — giving you the clarity and direction to make informed decisions about your next steps.
We will send a proposal for acceptance and payment before the Strategic Planning Session.
